I have found that reading through my mom's journals has given me a deeper appreciation for the woman she was and is today. While she probably never intended others to see some of her thoughts, they have touched my heart. My prayer is that you will also be touched by her thoughts; this is why I am sharing them.

10-16-80 Matthew Paul Weasner to Ed and Lydia, 9:51am---Lydia and Ed ok. Baby is isolet because of breathing difficulty at birth. Thank you Lord for watching over them.

I like how, Oct 16, she told herself to sing. She must have had terrific demands on her time and life. It's a blessing to read that her heart was that her children and grandchildren would come to the Lord. And Sing. sing, Marian. Precious.
